Gave me some horrible news today, after waiting for a while he had his MRI scan on his knee and has been told he has to have 'constructive knee surgery' and can expect to be off shredding until the summer.
Im sure everyone wishes him a FUCKING SPEEDY recovery. Chin-up man and keep on with the bro cam diaries.
